This is a job for you who are driven in your professional role as a nurse by contributing to the health and quality of life for the patients living in Vardaga's facilities in Motala. Here you will have good working hours and the freedom to shape your workdays according to priorities during the summer period of 2026.

Vardaga's HSL Team in Motala works with our facilities Skogsgården and Björkbladet during weeks 26-33.

Björkbladet is a facility with 24 patients in somatic care. Here the placement is between weeks 26-27-28-32-33.

Skogsgården is a facility with 28 patients with dementia diagnosis. Here the placement is between weeks 29-30-31.

About the role

You are the spider in the web of the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed.

Collaboration and support

You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to guide and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a licensed nurse and have experience working in elderly care.

  • Are confident in your role as a nurse and can make quick decisions and discuss with the responsible doctor.

  • Take initiative, are flexible, and dare to take charge.

  • Have experience with the VIVA journal system.
